We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including:

• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah
• Umm Al Quwain
• Al Ain

For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days
• Dubai & Other Emirates: 2–7 business days

Custom-made or made-to-order furniture may require additional production time. If so, our team will notify you after your order is confirmed.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Free delivery may be available for selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, our team will contact you with delivery details and the estimated arrival time.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, inform the delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling.

Large Furniture Deliveries

Please ensure that doorways, staircases, elevators, and access points are suitable for the furniture you have ordered. Sulsha Furniture is not responsible for items that cannot be moved into the property due to access restrictions.
